Anna is not only an ultra professional in her teaching of yoga. She is also very gifted and brings an array of other disciplines to her classes. A sacred safe place is created for everyone who attends and is upheld right the way through. Anna's knowledge of the body, meridians and organs is second to none. The effects they have on the body and how yoga can help with this is explained by Anna in a very clear and informative way. This helps people attending the class understand how their own body's are feeling and reacting to every day life. Anna gives detailed explanations as to how yoga can help them recover and maintain a healthy, fit, physical, mental and emotional body. Anna has a very discrete way of helping people while they are in postures and also getting into and out of them. I am always at ease in her class. She is very open to any questions and comments that anyone has. Her response is very prompt and attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending Anna for yoga. You will definitely be just as pleased as I am.

I couldn’t recommend Anna’s classes enough. Not only could you go as a complete beginner or expert but Anna will help/guide you through it and make sure you are getting the most out of your class. Anna is an angel and will make anyone feel welcome and comfortable. She puts so much thought and time into her class you know that your going to get the best yoga expirence in that hour. I gaurentee you will leave Anna’s class feeling soo happy and relaxed and it would put the busiest mind at rest. A great way to end / start a busy week. I have progressed so much thanks to her help. her Yin class is especially healing:) she is truly made to teach yoga.

Anna is a beautiful soul. I felt an instant connection with her the moment we met. Anna makes everyone feel very welcome to her classes . I go to Hatha on a Monday night and sometimes Yin on a Thursday and love both classes. Although I consider myself still very much a beginner I have learnt so much and continue to improve every week due to Anna's great teaching and encouragement. What I really love about Anna is that she will talk through and explain everything so that we fully understand and know what we are doing and will show us how we can improve. I must admit that I also love the little bonus of a head massage during Shavasana!! I have also had Reiki with Anna which really helped me with alot of emotional blocks..I would recommend Anna to all.

You are one of the best yoga teachers I've come across!! We always look back on your classes what a relaxing atmosphere you created in your class, all the care and love you brought into the class.
