The Best Acai Bowl

Acai bowls are my all time favourite breakfast, snack or dessert!! They are so refreshing, filling and they taste like the sweetest ice cream! Oh and I forgot to mention, they are so quick and easy to make!!

All you need is a frozen banana, acai powder, berries of some sort and some juice or milk! SUPER EASY!

First of all, you'll need to peel and chop a banana and place in the freezer, the best bananas to use are the ones with brown spots, they are easier to digest or you could get a stomach ache!

Below is the recipe for my favourite Acai bowl:

You'll need:

1 large frozen banana

1 mango

1 handful of frozen blueberries

1 handful of strawberries

1 tbsp of pomegranate

1 cup of plant milk (my favourite is Alpro almond and coconut milk)

1 heaped tablespoon of Acai powder (I am using Iswari's Acai, banana and strawberry powder -

For the top:

some kiwi

some leftover mango

some pomegranate

bee pollen

popped quinoa

chia seeds

coconut shards

Cacao nibs

Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a bowl and garnish as you see fit!

So simple, and so tasty!
