WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS WITH ME
Kundalini Yoga is an uplifiting blend of spiritual and physical practices.
Kundalini yoga focuses heavily on the breath and one’s internal energy in an effort to balance the mind, body and soul.
We use Mantra (sacred sound), Pranayama (breath), Kriya (movement) and Meditation, with the goal being to build physical vitality and spiritual consciousness.
It’s different to more modern styles of yoga, where it focuses on your own internal experience, rather than the positions of the body. Kundalini yoga is suitable for complete beginners.
