WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A HATHA FLOW CLASS WITH ME
Anna's classes are made up of pranayama (breath work), meditation and a flow sequence which changes from class to class.
In a hatha flow class, a series of poses are linked together with the breath in an almost dance like way, creating heat and improving strength and flexibility.
Each class is designed with care and attention, Anna's classes are all about you, the student.
You can expect a creative, relaxing sequence that can also be challenging, you will hear lots of quotes throughout your practice and during Savasana you will be greeted with a lovely head massage (which you can opt-out of).
Upon leaving Anna’s class you will feel strong, rejuvenated and relaxed. And hopefully inspired to continue your day mindfully.
