through yoga with
I came across Anna B a couple of months ago at Yogahub. I practice yoga regularly and I love all types from the fast pace Flow and Astanga classes to the slower style Yin classes. What I love about Anna in particular is her ability to guide you into a deep meditative state. I always gain from shavasana pose in my yoga classes, but with Anna B I felt a deeper sense of relaxation and calmness. I left her class feeling completely relaxed, energetic and I had a particular bounce in my step feeling completely rejuvenated. She has a beautiful style of teaching and she incorporates many poses and movements in a soft and soothing way. She is mindful when assisting and her head massage at the end is an extra special treat. I am already excited for my next class with her.
